2. Products & availability

We sell genuine used and OEM automotive parts. Because used parts are unique, quantities are limited and availability can change. A listing on this site is an invitation to inquire, not a binding offer. We confirm the exact part, condition, price and availability with you before any sale is completed.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. Shipping is quoted separately based on the item and destination. The final price for your order is the one we confirm with you at the time of purchase.

4. Orders & payment

Orders are placed by contacting us (via the request form, phone or text). We will confirm the part, total price and shipping, then arrange payment directly with you. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order — for example, if an item has already sold or was listed in error — and to issue a full refund in such cases.

5. Shipping

We ship across the United States and offer free local pickup in Ewing, NJ. Delivery times are estimates and depend on the carrier. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. Returns & warranty

Returns and warranty are governed by our Returns & Warranty policy, which is incorporated into these terms by reference. In short: 30-day returns on items in the same condition, defective parts covered, and a warranty of up to 3 months on major assemblies under the stated conditions.

7. Fitment responsibility

We do our best to confirm that a part fits your vehicle, but you are responsible for providing accurate vehicle information (make, model, year, and VIN when relevant). If a part does not fit due to incorrect information you provided, standard return terms apply.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a part is limited to the amount you paid for that part. We are not liable for labor, installation, towing, or other indirect or consequential costs. Parts must be installed by a qualified professional.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs and layout — is owned by Imperial Auto LLC and may not be copied or reused without permission.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
