We want you to buy with confidence. Every part is genuine OEM, photographed as-is and fitment-checked before it ships. If something isn’t right, here is how returns and warranty work.
30-day returns
You can return most parts within 30 days of delivery. To be accepted, the part must be in the same condition you received it, with no signs of installation or use and with all original tags and packaging.
Who pays return shipping
- Change-of-mind / no longer needed: the customer covers return shipping. Once we receive and inspect the part, we issue a refund to your original payment method.
- Defective part or our mistake (wrong item sent, or the part does not match the listing): the return is free — we cover return shipping and issue a full refund or send a replacement.
Defective parts
We accept returns of parts that turn out to be defective. To qualify, the part must have been properly installed by a professional and confirmed as not working. We may ask for a short description or photos to help process the claim quickly.
Warranty on major assemblies
For large units — such as engines, transmissions and similar assemblies — we offer a warranty of up to 3 months. The warranty is valid when a professional repair shop confirms that the unit was installed correctly and that fluids, gaskets and seals were replaced according to the manufacturer’s regulations. Longer terms are available by agreement — just ask before you buy.

Free local pickup & drop-off
You are always welcome to pick up or return a part in person at our warehouse in Ewing, NJ at no shipping cost.
